About Me

About Shawna

Born and raised in Niagara and proud to call Fonthill home, I've always been passionate about helping people. Long before I entered real estate, my career focused on building relationships, supporting individuals and families, and helping people navigate important life decisions.

Over the past two decades, I've worked in hospitality, non-profit organizations, and retirement living.

Those experiences gave me the opportunity to guide people through some of life's biggest transitions—from downsizing and retirement planning to finding new opportunities and adapting to changing circumstances. Along the way, I learned that every person's story is unique, and that listening is often just as important as providing answers.

Real estate felt like a natural next chapter.

For many people, buying or selling a home is about much more than a transaction. It often represents a major life change, a fresh start, a growing family, a downsizing decision, or the next step toward a long-held goal. My role is to provide honest advice, trusted guidance, and a steady hand throughout the process.

Today, as a member of The Raskob Team and Royal LePage NRC Realty, I combine personalized service with local market knowledge and the resources of a highly respected Niagara real estate team. I take pride in building lasting relationships and helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll often find me exploring Niagara with my family and my dog Charlie, supporting local community initiatives, or connecting with local organizations that help seniors and families navigate life's transitions.

Whether you're buying your first home, selling a property, downsizing, or simply exploring your options, I'd be honoured to help you take the next step.
